Can I change my delivery address?

We process and prepare your order as fast as possible and aim for quick dispatch. If you need to change the delivery address of your order after going through the checkout please Contact Us as soon as possible however we can't guarantee that we can make the required amendments.

If your parcel has already been prepared for dispatch by our Dispatch Team with a tracking number already assigned you will need to contact NZ Post to arrange a redirection. You can do that from the tracking page here.
